When you send a request to a guide or driver, or a business listing request, we receive what you wrote in the form: name, contact, dates and message. It arrives in a private Telegram group seen by visitor.am staff and is stored on our server. It is passed to guides and drivers only so they can reply to you.

If you left a contact on the “Opening soon” page, we receive only that contact and your game score if you played. It arrives in the same private Telegram group and is stored on our server. We will write to it once, when the site opens, and use it for nothing else.

Affiliate links pass through our server so we can count clicks. We record the time, the link, the page, the language, the country as reported by Cloudflare and the device type. Your IP address is not stored: we keep a hash that changes every day, used only to count unique visitors.

The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. There are two functional cookies: your browser remembers the language you pick in the switcher for a year, and a password sign-in to the closed version of the site for 30 days. The game on the “Opening soon” page keeps your best score in your browser and does not send it to the server. The site runs behind Cloudflare, whose web analytics counts visits without cookies. Partner sites we link to follow their own policies.
